Ready to Reflect with Matcha | Tea for the Month of Tishrei

Matcha Green Tea is known to help with focus and has been used for centuries as a tea to drink before meditation

Matcha Powder | Maple Syrup | Milk or milk alternative 

1 - 1/4 Teaspoon Matcha Powder

1 Tbsp (or more or less) of Maple Syrup or Sweetener of choice! 

1 Tbsp of Hot Water

1.5 Cups Dairy/Non Dairy Beverage 

Place Match Powder + sweetener in your mug. Add hot water. Whisk until dissolved. Heat Dairy/Non Dairy Beverage and whisk to make frothy.  Add to mug. Enjoy!
